Pre-Patriot game nap.

Jake has been sick the last few days and Sunday he decided to sleep with Olivia on the couch. It was sooo cute to see them sleeping together. ( Mom if you look real close you can see he is wearing the new sweatshirt you bought him..He loves it!)

Happy Birthday Jake!!!!!!!

November 24, 2007 Jake turned 28!!!! We had a small family birthday party to celebrate.

The day after Thanksgiving we went shopping with Amy B, Jake's sister, brother-in-law, their kids and our kids. This shirt Jake is wearing is the result of him shopping for himself at Target. He loves this new shirt. I think it is pretty funny!

The girls and I gave Jake an XBox 360 and of course we had to take turns playing a game at his party.

Turkey Day!

Jacob's mom makes a dish called red stuff made up of applesauce and cinnamon candy. Needless to say Olivia enjoyed her first ever Turkey Day!

Jacob's parents borrowed a friends Nintendo WII and it was fun. Here is Ashlyn learning how to bowl on the WII

Hard to imagine that this was Olivia.....Her first week of life.

This is little Miss Olivia her first week of life. She was so fragile and easily upset and she had such a weak cry. Now almost 11 months later she is what my mom lovingly refers to as a moose. Nothing about her is fragile, now.

Fun time around the house

Olivia has mastered pulling herself up everywhere that she can. She stands in her crib now and also makes a bee line for the dishwasher whenever I am loading it (which seems like 3-4 times a day.) She is so much fun and is such a happy baby. I am hoping that she walks by Christmas, but only time will tell.
Olivia looks a lot like me when I was a baby and my mom has pictures of me standing at the dishwasher and licking the dirty silverware. YUCK!
I keep the silverware tray far from her reach.

First Field Trip!

Ashlyn and her fellow pre-schoolers visited our local Haggen grocery store for a field trip. They were learning about grocery stores this fall. She had a blast seeing the ins and outs of the place we shop all the time.

Bedtime

Olivia decided she was tired and layed on the kitchen floor right before bedtime the other night. She looked so desperate for sleep. It was sooo sad!
Ashlyn and her favorite monkey PJs. She wore these to her school's PJ party on Halloween.

Tenting it!

Ashlyn had her first official sleepover at our house tonight with her cousin, Kailey. They had a great time and were even able to break-in Ashlyn's new tent and sleeping bags. They camped on Ashlyn's floor. The girls have both grown-up so fast.

Fun Fall Festival

More Halloween.......Sisterly Love

Turbo the cat wanted in on the picture too......Olivia hasn't quite figured out that Turbo is really not a stuffed animal..

Halloween: A Plump Pumpkin

Can you guess what Olivia was for Halloween? That's right a plump little pumpkin. She really had no clue why everyone was dressed up just to entertain her.

MMMMMmmmm......First taste of cotton candy. Now mom has to wash it out of this cute costume.

Halloween: A Lady Bug Named Ashlyn Came to Visit

Ashlyn loved going downtown to get candy from the stores and she had a blast at our church's festival. She was so beautiful in her lady bug costume.

New Toys are Always Fun!

Olivia has a new toy at our house. She loves to dance to the music that plays.
